Nieudegat (local dialect for 'Bird's Nest') Gites comprises six self-contained duplex apartments in a modern block in the traditional Perigourdine style. They are light and airy each with its own style of décor and character inside. There is a communal swimming pool and terraces set slightly elevated to enjoy views overlooking over 3 acres of private wooded grounds and distant views.
6 duplex apartments each with one bedroom on the first floor and double bed settee (clic-clac) on ground floor.
Each apartment can accommodate 4 people maximum (excluding baby/toddler).
Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge.
2 large travel cots with linen available (5 euros per night).
Wardrobe and chests of drawers in each apartment.
Ground floor spacious shower-room in each apartment (N.B. Gite 5 has a bath with shower over).
Separate toilet on ground floor in each apartment.
Apartments are fully equipped for self-catering with mini-cuisine including:
- Double electric hob
- Combination Microwave/grill
- Fridge with small freezer compartment
- Crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans, utensils and electric kettle
Information folders with leaflets on most of the tourist attractions within easy reach and further afield.
Dining tables can be used outside on patio and patio chairs provided for each apartment.
Barbecues available for use on patio or in picnic area under shade of trees.
French windows open onto west facing terrace overlooking field below and woodland and view towards Sarlat.
